Synopsis

This cluster supports basic computer science research and education with the goal of creating general-purpose systems for representing, storing and accessing data, information and knowledge. It also supports research and education in automated methods of drawing conclusions from data and knowledge.

Topical areas include: artificial intelligence and cognitive science; information and data management; computer vision; and human language and communication.
