Synopsis

This cluster supports research and education on the interaction between information, computation and communication systems and users, organizations, government agencies, the scientific community and the external environment. Research results provide requirements for the design and construction of future systems so that more system deployments are successful by design. The result of the integration of research and education ensures that future generations of researchers and educators are well prepared to support new discovery over the long run.

Topical areas include: human-computer interaction; digital society and technologies; data and applications security; digital government; and robotics.
