Brian M. Stoltz

For stimulating creative new research in synthetic organic chemistry and he has led studies in the development of new stereoselective organic reactions. He has established an innovative outreach program with tutoring for middle-school students. He is developing modular science kits for CalTech's Precollege Science Initiative. His award-winning teaching is enhanced by his development of undergraduate- and graduate-level courses.
