Add Group node (Updates)

The Type field determines how the update's URL will be constructed.

• If you choose Initiative, the update's URL will be based on the first item in the Initiative field.
  Example: /funding/initiatives/initiative-name/updates/update-title
• If you choose Organization, the update's URL will be based on the first item in the Organization field.
  Example: /org/updates/update-title
• If you choose Program, the update's URL will be based on the Program field.
  Example: /funding/opportunities/program-name/announcements/update-title

An update can be related to multiple initiatives and organizations at the same time, regardless of which Type is chosen.
