Provide advice and recommendations regarding NSF's programs for education and human resource development. Advise on effective and efficient strategies for meeting the challenges of STEM education at all levels both formal and informal in the U.S. Advise in areas related to human resource development enhancing the individual and institutional capacity to perform Advise on priorities for research, evaluation, and communication of outcomes in these areas.
