Join the NSF Engines program for a virtual roadshow to learn about the new NSF Engines funding opportunity.
During the virtual roadshow webinars, participants will learn about the NSF Engines program, including the program goals, requirements for proposing teams, submission information, and the merit review process. Roadshows are organized as learning and networking opportunities. The first half of the roadshow is focused on providing background on NSF Engines program and funding opportunity while the second half of the event involves interactive breakout rooms.

- Thursday, May 9 (Roadshow 2 - CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VT)
- Tuesday, May 14 (Roadshow 3 - AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY, Other territories)
- Thursday, May 16 (Roadshow 4 - AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, PR, SC, TN, VA, VI)
- Monday, May 20 (Roadshow 5 - IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, PA, WI, WV)
Each Roadshow is 2-4 p.m. Eastern Time.
NSF encourages organizations from industry, academia, government, nonprofits, tribal, state and local governments, startups, venture capital firms, and communities of practice to form regional coalitions and submit proposals.
If you already have a cross-sector team that you plan to apply with for an NSF Engines award, we recommend inviting multiple team members with unique expertise areas, especially those from different organization types, to attend.
Please do not RSVP for more than 1-2 roadshow sessions (maximum 2). We want all interested community members to have the opportunity to attend. All sessions are open to the public so attend the session that works best for your schedule!
NOTE: While we encourage attendees from the listed states to join the roadshow listed for their state, please do not read these state selections as a definition of potential regions. Each proposing team will determine their own region of service when applying. Learn more by reviewing the Region of Service information online.
Have a question about the NSF Engines program? Prior to the event, you can submit questions to be addressed during the Q&A by emailing engines@nsf.gov. There will also be the option to ask questions live during the event.
