About the series
The National Science Foundation will be Exhibiting at the Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education (SIGCSE) 2020 Symposium on March 11-14, 2020, in Portland OR.
NSF will be conducting two Pre-Symposium workshops:
NSF Interactive Discussion: Computer Science Undergraduate Education in 2026 and Beyond
NSF Merit Review System and Grant Writing

Additionally, Program officers from the National Science Foundation's Directorates of Education and Human Resources (EHR/DUE, EHR/DRL, EHR/DGE), Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE/CNS), and Engineering (ENG/EEC) will schedule “office hours” to occur during "Break, Exhibits & Demos sessions" and at various other times throughout the symposium. The office hours are intended to provide occasions for potential grant writers and current PIs to consult with program officers early in the project cycle and gain insights that can improve the likelihood of project success and dissemination
