Access to the Resource Library established for the NSF 13-537, George E. Brown, Jr. Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation Operations FY 2015-FY 2019 (NEES2 Ops), program solicitation is being provided to Principal Investigators (PIs) of NSF 13-537 Letters of Intent solely for the purpose of submitting a full proposal to NSF 13-537. Materials contained within the Resource Library, which are not in the public domain already (i.e., posted at nees.org or in the NSF Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for NSF 13-537), must only be used for the purpose of developing a full proposal submission to NSF 13-537 NEES2 Ops solicitation and for no other purpose. These materials must only be shared and used within the PI's proposal team and must not be posted to a public web site. Upon completion of the NSF 13-537 competition through receipt of an award or declination letter from NSF, all these materials that were not posted at nees.org or in the NSF FAQ must be destroyed/deleted by all members of the proposal team.
