About this event

The recording and slides from this webinar are now available:

Please join us for an informational webinar for prospective U.S. Applicants to the Trans-Atlantic Platform for Social Sciences and Humanities (T-AP) at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2023.

During this webinar, NSF and National Endowment for the Humanities staff will provide an overview of the T-AP program and the upcoming funding opportunity. Following the presentation will be a question and answer session. T-AP is a collaboration between humanities and social science research funders from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. T-AP aims to enhance the ability of funders, research organizations and researchers to engage in transnational dialogue and collaboration. The current T-AP call on Democracy, Governance and Trust (DGT) seeks to understand specifically how democracy, governance and trust are integral to the tackling of both short-term crises and long-term challenges and are themselves a focus of the discontent and disruption facing many societies.

Register via Zoom for the T-AP webinar. Real-time captions will be available. If you require a reasonable accommodation in order to attend, please contact Kwabena Gyimah-Brempong in advance.

T-AP and The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) will also conduct a webinar on August 8, 2023, at 10 AM BRT, for those interested in submitting applications.
