Invites U.S.- German collaboration on proposals investigating climate change that will undergo a single review process.

Supports collaborative geoscience partnerships between researchers in the U.S. and the Brazilian state of São Paulo, promoting research excellence and international collaboration through a streamlined submission and merit review process under the lead agency.
