Charles R. Keeton II

For his work in using gravitational lens time delays to probe the total amount of dark matter substructure in galaxy halos, as well to probe the distribution of sub-halo masses. He has broad program in science education and outreach to undergraduate students to create a learning community that will appeal to students from all areas of science and engineering.
