Konstantina Trivisa

For applying her expertise in applied partial differential equations to the increased understanding of a wide variety of important physical systems modeled by conservation laws. Her research is also important for the design of high performance computational algorithms. Her educational activities include supervising individual projects of high-school through graduate-level students. She works to increase diversity among underrepresented groups to study applied mathematics and choose it as a career.
