Biography:

Angel Williams began her legal career as an Associate at a large labor and employment law firm before working as an in-house counsel within the Office of the General Counsel at Howard University. 

Ms. Williams began her federal career more than 15 years ago working at an independent grantmaking Agency, AmeriCorps where she eventually held the position of Deputy General Counsel.  Ms. Williams also worked at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and more recently worked at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency where she served as the Deputy Chief Counsel for Litigation and Investigations and the Acting Principal Deputy Chief Counsel. Ms. Williams is currently the General Counsel at the National Science Foundation. 

Ms. Williams obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and she received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University.
