Infrastructure Support Branch

The Infrastructure Support Branch is responsible for negotiating, awarding, administering and monitoring complex grants and cooperative agreements to support mid-scale research infrastructure and major facilities at the U.S. National Science Foundation.

These awards support state-of-the-art instrumentation, multi-user research facilities and other infrastructure in science and engineering — from telescopes and research vessels to distributed instrumentation networks.
