About the series
As we move closer to meeting time, the agenda may be adjusted slightly, but the times the start and ending times will remain the same. The business meeting followed by a welcoming reception/buffet will open the IAB Meeting on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.; lunch and a meeting wrap-up at 12:30 pm will close the meeting on Tuesday. Box lunches will be available beginning at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. All sponsors are welcome to join us at the meeting wrap-up. All meeting sessions will take place at the Discovery Learning Center (DLC) located in the College of Engineering on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. The DLC is located directly across the street from the parking lot on the corner of Colorado and Regent Drive.
Lodging options are available at several nearby hotels, including a specific room block at the Outlook Hotel. The lodging attachment provides details and contact numbers - note that the Outlook, Best Western and Millennium are within easy walking distance of the meeting site. While the hotels do not have their own shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport, there is service provided by Super Shuttle (http://www.supershuttle.com/) to these and many other of the Boulder hotels near to campus. In addition, maps and directions are attached for those of you who prefer to drive.
A parking permit is required for Lot #436 and the parking structure on Monday and Tuesday; no permit is required on Sunday. Please do not park at a metered space at any time. Note that a parking permit is not required for Sunday.
Online registration is now available through http://www.mastcenter.org/, through the Meetings Page. Please enter "Faculty" in the field where it asks for a category, so that you are not charged a meeting fee. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Visitors interested in membership are welcome if they are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
