About this event
The National Science Foundation’s Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE), together with the Intel Labs University Collaboration Office, invites you to attend a webinar to learn more about the recently released solicitation, NSF/Intel Partnership on Cyber-Physical Systems Security and Privacy (CPS-Security) (see NSF 14-571; http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2014/nsf14571/nsf14571.htm).
The CPS-Security solicitation aims to foster a research community committed to advancing research and education at the confluence of cybersecurity, privacy, and cyber-physical systems, and to transitioning its findings into engineering practice. In particular, the solicitation seeks novel, transformative, multidisciplinary approaches that ensure the security of current and emerging cyber-physical systems, taking into consideration the unique challenges present in this environment relative to other domains with cybersecurity concerns.
This webinar is designed to describe the goals and focus of the CPS-Security solicitation, including the Ideas Lab component, help investigators understand its scope, and answer any questions potential PIs may have.
The webinar will be held from 2pm to 3pm EDT on Monday, June 30, 2014. Questions about the solicitation can be submitted in advance or during the webinar to cps-security@nsf.gov.
