OPP welcomes Taiylor Russell as a student trainee (administrative)
The Office of Polar Programs is pleased to welcome Taiylor Russell as OPP’s student trainee (administrative).
Taiylor is a Christopher Newport University (CNU) senior studying Cellular, Molecular, and Physiological Biology with minors in Leadership and Psychology. At CNU, Taiylor works as a Resident Assistant in a second-year hall. She also previously conducted research on fruit flies to determine the connection between gut microbiome and Alzheimer's. Lastly, at CNU, Taiylor is the President of the Habitat for Humanity for CNU chapter. After graduation, she hopes to get a master’s in public health with a concentration in Epidemiology or Community Health.
