Analytics for Equity Initiative makes Phase 1 awards

The Analytics for Equity Initiative recently announced its Phase 1 awards, aimed at advancing knowledge that may benefit agencies across the federal government and promote efforts to advance equity in government investments.

The initiative will support nine projects across the following five themes:

• Equity of Access to STEM Research and Education Opportunities.
• Environmental Stressors and Equity.
• Equity in Human Services Delivery and Outcomes. 
• Health Equity in the Wake of Climate Change.
• Equity Considerations for Workplace Safety and Workers.

The Analytics for Equity Initiative links interested researchers directly with federal agencies seeking to answer equity-related research questions captured in their learning agendas.
